The girl in my story actually dont have her parents alive. Her mother died and her second father doesnot want to accept her. So she was staying with her uncle where her aunty tourchered a lot. Due to that she fled from her uncles home and took shelter with my mother-in-laws home. My wife picked her from there and brought her to our home in Trivandrum. We took her to Womens commission for her to get justice. By that time her uncle filed a man missing case against her. Womens commission informed the police station and we were told to take her to Pathanamthitta district court. I had to pay bribe to the police guys for helping her. Reason, India doesnot allow to hide a person for more than 24 hour. Tell me how can I take a 17 year old girl to the nearest police station? Does our democracy gurantee her security? Anyways with Rs 1500 bribe, police didnot file a case against me for hiding her. This is just a brief about the incident. Anyway now the girl is staying with us at Trivandrum.
