I paid a bribe of Rs 50,000, for a judgement to sanction Rs 10 laks as an insurence payment for my fathers death in a road accident. he passed away in 2002 but had to wait for 5 more years and finaly pay the judge to give a judgement. The norm is 5% of the judgement amount at that time.
The sad part is its more than 4 years and I am yet to recive the money from the insurance company, the insurance company lawyer is now threatening me that he will go for an appeal, but so far I have been resisting in paying anything for him to no to do so.
