Officer asked to bribe more than 3000 for land registration. He did not ask directly. He expressed his intention via a 3rd person. Finally convinced him for 2000 INR. Felt very bad since I was ought to pay bribe. Decided not to buy any land after this because, again I need to bribe these public officer. After this incident I am avoiding most of my activities to be untouched by Government Officials. Because they want us to bribe for every single activity they do. Especially Land Registration Office.
