Bribed an officer in Ayyakar Bhavan to get my Tax return amount which was around Rs 12000.

I had to bribe these bugger only to get my hard earned money back. I was little neglect in claiming my medical bills at my work and the total amout allotted was 15k and did not claim until the end of financial year and later it was deducted as apart of Income tax. I have filed for Tax returns during the same year. After a long wait and regular follow ups I got a letter stating I am eligible for Tax returns of amt 12k. When I went to enquire @ ayyakar bhavan to see when I would get that money in my a/c, I was given an offer to get that money in a weeks time provided I bribe them an amt of Rs 1500. As I was in need of that money I had to shell out Rs 1500 and get a cheque of 12k in the following week.
