A lady peon in this lady sub-registrars office shamelessly flashed her teeth. I payed her Rs 100, she went angry and started saying she needs more; I finally had to push her to settle for Rs 200. Had never paid any bribe in my life prior to this. I couldn't believe the openness in asking for a bribe, the low-level to which these people stoop to make money! Greedy bastards.
