Bribery for registration of property

Paid towards registration of a old house on purchase. ********** is not exact but month & Yr is. The registration office at Hubli has awell oiled mechanism for bribery towards registration of any property. Without which one has to either wait endlessly or some faults are pointed out with the solutions only with the non co-operating muncipality / registrar section.
