Dear sir /madam, This is I would like to inform you that the agents who are assigned to take seafarers into the premises of seaport, to their ships, are taking the bribes of about 1200 to 2000 inr each time any seafarer is signed on or signed off.
When I called the office to complain, the reply was to settle in less amount.
The Mumbai agent of Shipping Corporation Of India Ltd, currently working, is named as Prakash.
And the person I called, who is the incharge of account departments in SCI OFFICE on Madam Came Road, Mumbai, is Mr. Dattashankar.
