In medical department, one Drug Inspector posted in a district. He used to check shops and whole sale distributors once in a month to collect the cash - from shop it is rs 1000 and from the distributors it is upto him to decide. How can it be stopped. If the shop owner unwilling to pay he has powers to close the shop for one week - that too with his discretionary powers vested with him as a Drug Inspector - Kindly do the needful
