Bring equality in Pay Scale & Living Conditions -no one will think of taking bribe
There is a vast disparity of pay scale between organisations. MNCs pay 10% to 90% more than the government and hospital staff. Government workers are the people who manage the people, infrastructure,guard us, etc. Why don't we treat them in par and extend them the facilities of a MNC and pay them equal to the MNC. Then you can see the difference. I have visited some of the government offices, for example for getting voters list, ration card, registration offices, etc. I really pity the environment where they sit and work and attend to the public. Don't you think that they deserve a better office with AC, a good toilet, good transportation and better pay scale. They too have ambitions like a person working in a MNC. To own their own house, vehicle, put children in good schools, provide the children with the luxury of other kids. It is very easy for the Corporates to point at the mistakes of a person (espcially govt servants) taking bribe. Instead of posting your experiences in the net. join together to represent them and get them the pay, lifestyle like yours. They will behave as descent as you.
I have heard in Europe and other advanced countries even a sweeper comes by their own vehicle and do their duty. Here in India, we treat these type of people as an outcast. Why don't voice out for them, so that they also be treated like yourself.

I am person working in a well known MNC. But I feel for the people who serve us through Government organisations, because they are paid very less, some of them work in unhealthy environment, etc.
