I had to pay Rs 2500 to get my driving licence. Although I had passed the test they wouldnt issue me the licence. They kept me waiting for 7 months and everytime I go there they give me some lame excuse like they are short of staff, licence has gone for print etc.

Finally I decided to pay the money to get my licence. I paid the money at around 11 am and my licence was ready to collect at 3pm when I went back after lunch.
