Respected Sir!
I Mr. Vibhakar singh resident of Raj Complex, Rajpura Bye Pass Rd. bhadohi and owner of Hotel De Carpet, Bhadohi found some dispute between my hotel staff and customer on 30th of march 2013. At that time of above incident i was not present at hotel.
After this incident, my staff Mr. Ramesh pathak aproached to kotwali and made complaint there against my customer Mr. Ravi aggrwal s/o shri suresh aggrwal and Mr. Ajay Singh( he is also my staff). On basis of above complaint Mr. Sanjay nath tiwari as kotwal bhadohi called Mr. Ravi Aggrwal & Mr. Ajay Singh for inquiry. After some primary enquiry Mr. Kotwal sent both accused persons inside kotwali lockup for further action.
I knew above whole incident at 8pm on 30 april 2012 after comming to hotel from somewhere. After updating all above information i went to kotwali at 9.30 to know the status of case from kotwal! At 10 pm i reached to kotwali with my friend Dr. Chinmay Harsh and endorsed myself on kotwali visiting register and entered into kotwali for further deal with officials there regarding abovesaid case at my hotel. In the meanwhile some persom called me sudden, i saw him and get confirmed that he is kotwal, Mr. sanjay Nath Tiwari. I went to kotwal and told my concern to be here but he just told my friend to be out from kotwali. After that he took me some alonely and started to tease me physically n snatched my mobile and told me to go into kotwali lock up. At that time i was very alone so i decideded to keep silent and to follow kotwal till any better chance to get rid of. I was very stunned internaly that what is going to be at this public place, so called "KOTWALI".
So under this puzzled situation, i was moving towards kotwali lock up , but sudden two police man having name as; Akhilesh Yadav an Brijesh thakur on their dress batch, came to me and told me to come into kotwali office. I went to him to know what is next? After all he told me Kotwals message as follows;
sanjay nath tiwari: I want Rs. 1 lac right now othewise i will make worst case regarding your hotel and you too!
At that time i was very afraid hence i told him that i have very few money(aprox; 17000) in my pocket but not so much! for what u r asking! both police man conveyed this mesaage to kotwal. Kotwal with mentioned both police man came to me and given my mobile to my hand. After that kotwal saaid as follows:
is ek lakh ko phirauti samjho! bahut saste me choot rahe ho warna 5 lac se kam nahi leta. apne ghar ya hotel per phone karo aur baki paisa mangao verna ek ghanta baad hath me heroinne ya ganzza dekar chalan kar dunga aurr zindaggii bbarbad kar dunga!
After this i made a call over my mobile to my hotel staff but due to 30 or 31 march nnational annual closing, not suficient cash was available at hotel. So i ordered to make available cash Rs. 12500 at kotwali or to me by my staff satish yadav. Now available cash worth rs. 30,000.00 collected by me i gave to kotwal. Again after taking Rs. 30000.00 he told me to withdraw remaining money from nearby ATM, BUT i told him that due to annual closing, ATM are not delievering money or u can check it! Now he told me to write a letter that; there was a complaint to bring call girl to hotel and now there will be no such complaint in hotel in coming futue! Upon kotwal new tact, i denied to write such a matter which is not happened in real. But again he compelled me to write n convinced me that after taking rest 70,000.00 i will return this letter to you and i will call u whithin five days for rest amount!. So evaluating my situation I wrote a letter so that he can release me after taking 30,000.00 against illegal demand of Rs. 1 lac. After that he handed over me to my staff in written. At that time he had also called one journalist at late night to justify his defense in coming future, as i thought so by his criminal tacts/activities in kotwali as a kotwal!
After that at very late night i came to my hotel in very disturbed mood, but i committed myself to expose this criminal as kotwal.
From next day i started to gather information confidentialy of his background. Officials from local government administration told that
KOTWAL IS VERY stupid And mannerless!
He likes bribe preferably and having criminal symptoms towards common man!
He has been sent specialy by IGp or he is man of IGp
DM OR SP doesn't support him due to his disobeying behaviour.He has also local mafiaa rellatioons in this district.
So keeping all facts in mind i decided to not tell this incident to local police officers at primary level because they may support for this kotwal at primary level. Hence firstly i decided to convey this message to central or state vigilence at primary level! After that I will convey this mmessage to DIG, IG,SP AND DM WITH court at 156/3. During the same i was also waiting for kotwal's phone to acquire remaining 70,000.00 so that i can inform cbi and anti-corruption beaurau to catch or prosecute at bribe site!
But even after waiting of more than one week, he didn't call me for remaining amount, so i decided to proceed with facts provided at me till now!
Pls make proper and strict action to this criminal kotwal, SANJAAY NATH TIWARI, wITH two police man having name as; Akhilesh Yadav and Brijesh thakur at kotwali Bhadohi. You should know again that THEY DO THE BUSINESS OF "FIRAUTII" IN KOTWALI UNDER THE SHADOW OF POLICE ORGANISATION!
