There was some kind of tie up with apartment marketing/dealer & canfin home Jayanagar agent Lingaraju (). For getting my home loan sanctioned. I thought it is some processing fee. But, Then he reduced it from 20000 to 15000 (negotiated) & I had to pay him bribe to get everything move smoothly. I didn't wanted to but, had to :( .
