As per rules , applications for filing applications for certified copies of court orders/other documents must be filed by 12.30 PM. And if you approach the concerned Court clerk and express your urgency, he will simply shrug his shoulders and say, look the time for filing is over, come tomorrow, no come day after, there is a strike tomorrow. But if you thrust some money in his pocket, lo and behold, you will get the certified copies of documents in about 2 hrs or less.
