The trial court was bribed by a disgruntled psycho to arrest me on the false premise of a check bounce, the details of which were never provided and were untrue. The case dragged on till 2010, finally I could not stand it any more and went to the high court hoping to get justice. once there my lawyer said the judge needs 1 lakh he will hear it tomorrow. i decided i simply could not go on with this case for another 5 years and paid the bribe and won my case. i would have won without the bribe because all the facts were in my favour but it would have taken another five years.
