It was just a simple process of changing electricity meter which costed me around Rs 25000 that is double the actual expenditure amount. It is not just this time we had to pay bribe, even from smallest problem like double phasing to bigger problems like applying fot new tranformer the bribe ranges from Rs 200 to thousands.
