CEO bribes a cop to save money on fuel

Hi,
I just joined a new organisation a month back and i have the procurement team sitting besides me. I kinda over heard them that they pay the traffic cop , Rs: 500 a month just to have our CEO enter the office through a one way zone... I found that very amusing as the CEO is ready to bribe just so that he saves some money on fuel and most importantly time. But what i found realy amusing that the facilitied desk were so proud of what they have accomplished and these are highly educated people... The point i am trying tio make is that we are not aware of the fact bribing is wrong, we would bribe and then proclaim it to the world as though we have pulled of some thing great.
