After coming out from air port & while waiting for booked taxi reporting, a municipal corporation person approached me. He had seen a corrugated box with me which was carrying demo samples. He asked to go to office & pay octroi. At Octroi office, after answering questions, the person asked to give some money if I am not wiiling to pay octori/escot. Since the value of the samples I was carrying was not high & it was new to me that I have to pay octroi for carrying a small box, I was left out with no options to pay a bribe of 30 Rs. Surprisingly he was asking upfront more than 30. Giving reason that I was having only that much, I escaped.
