I was in the departure area of Chennai Aiport with my family and one of the baggage handlers offered for help. I know he would ask for some money but was OK to take help. In few minutes, one more guy joined and I kept telling them, I don't need two guys and he never listned. They were with me for 15-20 minutes. They did help but they demanded more than Rs. 400 each. I did not want to create a scene in the airport so had to give them what the want. I can't blame everyone as I did see the police trying to chase them out but it was too late. It would be better if they can make it formal service so everyone can be benefited.
