CIDCO is always asking for bribe money to give society transfer certificate. Without this certificate no bank will sanction home loan. They know it very well and though society is title clear CIDCO officers purposely stops your certificate issue process for Bribe. No one is working for CIDCO in CIDCO office all are there just take Bribe. Even a newly joined clark will take new Honda ********** within 1 yr. Rate of corruption is so high.
