In an unfortunate event, i just took my car to the nearest market from residence to buy some chips and coldrinks as no one was at home and was feeling **********hungry, the daily road to mkt was under construction so i had to take the main road to lead. While on the way street lights were off and nothing was visible clearly as there were loads of cycle riders due to bars around the road side so i decided to put on the HIGH BEAM lights and while coming back i was asked to aside my car from a chasing bike of police dept, and he asked for all the papers which were complete and said its a pure challan as high beams are nt allowed, so to avoid it he wasted 30 mins of mine wid Rs 400. and he was in the influence of alcohol, though in his state of mind but still his mouth was stinking.
