They asked me to pay rupees 100 as a bribe. I said I don't have any money. He said you can't leave this room without providing money. He gave me receipt in the name of Armed forces flag day fund receipt. Fund should be collected from the person who is willing to give money. YOU CANT FORCE SOMEONE.
