I am the student of holymary group of institutions. Keesara. Our college is collecting 10000 rs as condonation from almost 300 students every semester. If we can not pay on time. They are not issuing halltickets to anyone who don't pay. And moreover they did not allowed us(100 members) from attending lab external today. Due to which so many students are mentally stressed and I even attempted suicide once. Please respond as soon as possible sir/madam. This is a real serious issue.
