Come in or Home Delivery - Get a license to kill

Story in broken words:- Sorry don't have much time to phrase in detail.
Rs.500 for application from broker and Rs.500 for the officer and Rs.500 for home delivery. India is the best place to get license. I opted for Home Delivery :-P. What a luxurious service?!!!!
Luckily I have some driving history. So, I am kind of a better guy compared to many other people who can easily get the license without even touching the steering. People struggle alot to get a license in other countries.
I initially wanted to go by rules. I tried and sent back home. Officers were very rude and i didn't even manage to fill the application form. But I was badly in need of an ID / license because I had to go out of country.

So sad ..hope to see a better india in the near future!!
