I had purchased a plot of 130 square meter, for which i have paid paid the whole amount to the seller ,after the registration formalities are complete ,my lawyer which i have hired ,told me the expanses occured in the process ,which is somewhat 5000 rs other than the registration charges , when i want to know about the datails ,he told me the stationary ,scanning & other charges including an amount of 1500 to the interior charges which is a bribe given to conserned officers related to the registarion process,whwn i asked about it , he said that this charge has to be given by everyone .
