It was month of June 2005(I am not sure about date). All engineering aspirants have to get one medical certificate attested by CMO for attending the counselling for admissions.
There is a babu(CMO's assistant) sitting outside their office whose charges Rs 200 for getting the certificate attested from CMO.
We don't have any option except paying bribe to him.
