Complaint regarding asking bribe by aadhar department employee

I am resident of Mehrauli of south delhi. I was going to make aadhar card
in Mehrauli tehsil for my child who is 3.5 yrs old where Mr. Manoj was the employee has taken authority to make aadhar card, he was asking to me for bribe of
Rs.500 to make aadhar card and i was unable to pay then he was rejected to gave
lot of reasons for issuing aadhar card when i was paid him then he has did my
aadhar card formalities,So pls take my complaint as seriously otherwise i have to go court for justice
