Completely bribe in KGF RTO end to end

Very worst RTO in KGF . Broker is first point in bribe they are dealing directly to RTO inspector. There are more broker's then employees . Today I paid 3000 RS bribe for getting fitness certificate . Without paying bribe no work will be done . Directly they are asking to pay. Please I request to the officers to take action against KGF RTO inspector and ARUN
