I bought a piece of land and I started to build a house on it. I had two inspections and at every stage I had to pay the bribe. The people kept saying that if the bribe is not paid the simple way to harass is to loose your application file and refuse to acknowledge it. Then I may potentially loose my land which I bought with the last penny of my savings. I had to cough up the money though I had to borrow for it. Amazing *******
