I and my girlfriend we both were taking bath in the Chandrabhaga beach in Konark .At that moment 3 constables came there and told us to come to the police station because i have broken the law.i askesd them which law they told me that i m riding the bike without helmet.when i opposed them that i wont go to the station then they told me to pay 1000rs then only they will leave me.i had to pay them becoz my girlfriend was nervous and got rid of there.
this is our govt police system that we have to pay for not wearing a helmet on the out skuts of town.
