Cop was trying to mislead

Hi,
I got a call on phone while riding my bike. The traffic police stopped me and taken my license. I was told that the license will be seized for 3 months. After three months I have to take it from the issuing RTO i.e. Bihar. I wont be able to ride the bike till than. Also I will have to pay Rs 600 for that. This was totally ridiculous. I had taken pledge not to bribe any govt official but this time I had no option, so I bribed the traffic police. :(
