I went to get correct my first electricity bill, which came with arriers. It was Rs 1000.00(approx.).I asked Billing Babu to calculate it. His name was some **********(I can't remember his name correctly). He told you have to pay Rs800, when he given me recipt it was Rs500 recipt. I asked him, he answered rest is KHARCHA-PANI.I could not do anything anyway, I was thankful to him that he had given me recipt.
After two month when the bill came again it was full amount (Two months bill+Rs1000).It was big amount for me that time and I could nat pay bill for few more months.
