Respected Sir,
This is complaint against a corrupt ********** who is in practice of taking Money and giving Stay to parties who seek stay against MCD.
Mr. ********** ********** is a corrupt ********** he has granted stay to M/S ******* ADVERTISER PVT. LTD. VS MCD on no ground, he is simply doing unlawful activities and misusing his power which is getting MCD in huge losses. Its government revenue loss which he is doing but it does not matter him as on every date he is taking 2.50 lacs just to prolonging the matter in which M/S ******* Advertiser Pvt. Ltd. Is earning roughly 80 lacs per month illegally. From last 3 dates this corrupt ********** is not at all listening to MCD council and just commanding the lines taught to him by the owner of M/s ******* Advertising Mr. ********** **********.
On last date 1st Nov 2012, as planned the concern ********** Mr. ********** ********** was paid a huge amount and he went on leave for that date so that a easily long date can be given to Ms ******* Advertiser Pvt. Ltd. And it happened the same way.
This corrupt ********** had not only put MCD into a big financial loss but also have ashamed the entire judicature system by helping Mr. ********** ********** (********** Advertising) by prolonging his case to next dates without any ground.
We request you to please boycott these kinds of anti social ,corrupt judges and make Delhi clean to a better place to stay
