There are a unlimited corrupt Chief Judicial Magistrate in my district court, posted 15/12/2008. He feel judiciary as a BIG BAZAR where judgments are sold. You made an application under section 156(3) Criminal procedure code (On false fact ) and you need order where a direction given to register a FIR, you just pay as bribe 1000 to above ( according to section of criminal acts), you find order to register FIR. In other matters if you pay sufficient bribe Mr ******* pass the order without think that is justice or not. He use his discretionary judicial power arbitrarily. That is judiciary (NYAY KA MANDIR) where a seller of justice is sitting and enjoy the benefits of corruption.
