I have 498a case in magistrate court Bangalore today on 7th May 2016. Court bench clerk took the bribe from my opponent lawyer and my lawyer to modify few documents, alter documents. My lawyer is not telling the same but I came to know. Court bench clerk has very good understanding with the lawyers. May be he is like a broker between lawyer and the judge.
