I just came out of the Gurudwara in Sector 18 opposite to GIP. I started the vehicle and moved just 5 - 6 meters and a constable stopped me and told me to give Rs 1000 for not wearing Seat Belt or pay Rs 200 in my pocket. I tried to convince him a lot but he didn't allow me to say anything and I paid him Rs 200 as he was threatening me to take my Vehicle.
