Corruption in Passport Office in Bangalore

My passport was getting delayed and thee was nowhere to go. Then i was introduced to a contact who demanded Rs. 3000 and i paid since my plans to go to U.S was going awry. as soon as the deal was made i got my passport.People say it is the only way to get passport at bangalore.
