The officials of Rent Control office, Howrah introduced me a person who is a tout and will help me out in getting of my own meoney from the office. The tout has access to visit office and to find out the office files to get the challans of the rents deposited by my tenant. Even the senior officer showed me the same way to get money early. I had to pay 20% of every cheque amount I received. The tout also said me that out of 20%, 15% is to be given the Govt. officials and rest he would keep.
