Current SP of Guna Post Office asked for bribe

Hi, my father is working in Post Office and about to retire in 3 momths. Yesterday (6 April) he got a call from one of his senior post officer from Guna asking for bribe if you want your retirement to be smooth. He said that the Guna Post Office SP has asked for Rs 20000 without any reason and said if you don't pay your retirement will be in danger and we will give you a chart sheet. Then my father got scared and then he immediately took half of his salary i.e Rs 15000 in an envelope to him today (7 April 2017). He is not telling me the name because he is scared that the complaint might ruin his career specially when he is about to retire.
Can someone please take any action against him or else tell me from where I do it. We are a honest people and can't afford this much money everytime they asked.
Modi government can you please make a change in our government system and make india corruption free.
