This was in P.O. Sahibabad in Dist. Ghaziabad.
I went to the municipal office to collect my brothers death certificate and had to return back without the certificate as they told me it was not ready as yet.
I went the next day with my nephew who told me he will get it immediately.
The dealing clerk told him it was not still ready. But the peon outside told us that we will not get it unless we bribed him. My nephew went back in and asked what is he looking for? The clerk asked for Rs 200 which my nephew gave and immediately the certificate was pulled out of the drawer and given to him.
