I was going from Delhi to faridabad by a sohna - gurgaon highway. some police officers were standing their in quest to speed limit offense . i stopped my car , showed documents of vehicle :: fine of speed limit is 400 INR ......BUT he asked me to give 200 by saying 50% OFF.
Its been 5yrs of traveling this route from Delhi to faridabad and most of time police stands on this highway so now what i should say....... they are doing for WHOM????
