Dishonest Custom Officer Taking Bribe & Playing with Security

Time 3 am - March 2 2016 - Just before Green Channel Entry (I can identify the officer and willing to come back to Mumbai for the same) do not know the name as he was not wearing the badge but was in white dress sitting on the table just before you enter the green channel entry gate. He was custom officer including a policeman who took me into the room just next to green channel and took money from me for clearing 20gm of gold which I purchased from Dubai and I voluntarily went to the office to ask if its dutiable. He gave me wrong information and said that it will be confiscated or I need to pay them 20,000 INR for gold worth 50,000 only. I had a connecting flight to Indore at 6:20 am from the domestic airport. I argued a lot with him and even shown him the custom declaration slip which clearly says that upto45000 item is allowed. However, he said he will simply confiscate the material and I will have to come back from Indore to take it. I had no choice but to pay him 10000 as a bribe at that time as that was the only amount I could take out from the ATM nearby. He asked one policeman nearby to take me to the custom office room next to him. I was scared at that time and didn't want to miss the flight. I researched it afterwards it seems now it was even allowed to bring 20gm of gold. That office only used delaying & bullying tactics with me so that in fear of missing the connecting flight and simply paid him to get through,
Also, to my surprise, he asked me to bypass green channel screening and simply walkaway with the policeman without going through the screening process which I believe is a grave danger for our country.
I even called CBC toll free number1800-11-0180 today to report the same but no one picked the phone. I want this to stop and willing to identity and I am sure with the cameras installed in the area I can prove it all.
