I have purchased a plot in anantapur town. I have asked the sub registrar's staff that how much i have to pay for registration, they advised me to approach the document writer. When I approached the document writer he told me that the registration fee is rs.23170 and bribe is Rs.2500 total rs. 25670. I asked him I will give brige of Rs.500 only. He told me to approach the sub registrar. I approached the staff of sub registrar, they again advised me to approach the document writer so that you can get registered your land with in a short period if not it will take a long time. As there is no time to me i have paid the bribe of rs.2500 to the document wirter then immediately he rushed to sub registrar and with in one hour entire registration process is over.
1. The staff and sub registrar are not user friendly and they often sending back me to approach the document writer for their bribe.
2. I dont know how to process my papers to get my plot registered, here the officials also not co operting
3. One ACB mobile center is very necessary at every sub-registrars office in Andhra Pradesh.
4. I strongly suggest that moble ACB centers are very necessary at whereever mediaters are involved i.e RTO, REgistration department etc.,
