If you want a domicile certificate the rate is 1200 i was somehow able to manage to bring that down 200 rs and get my domicile certificate. The worst part is that I had all the legal papers correct still i have to pay a bribe.
Normally a bribe process starts with the comment "bhout kaam hai bahi, or sabhab busy hai Kal aana." but the kal never comes.
mind you that i have to make atleast 20 rounds to there office in a month to get my cerificate. in one of the rounds to office i even got an excuse that magistrate is not in office because the is watching India's match.
I hate this system.
