Dont purchase small amount export goods against H form. becase the bribe to get the forms is more than the tax to be paid. in addition you spend your time, effort, and travelling expense also.
That was my first and last time to take an H forms that i need to give to my suppliers (i purchased only Rs.20000/-, for which if i would have paid tax to my supplier it was mere rs.200). my advocate left me at the Babu's office, he completed all his formalities gave me the forms in half an hour. AND suddenly when i took the forms and was turning around.
the person shouted on me, where are you going? this is not a dharmshala where you get everything free. I replied i submitted the required documents and fees already through my advocate. the officer snatched the forms from my hand and said take the forms from your advocate. with a rough slang of " only you and govt are there to earn we are here for free service "
then i called up my advocate he told me to pay rs.100/- per form. i had only 4. so i then tried to pay him 400/- and take the forms, but that officer insulted me again n again calling me a person worse then a begger, and said "give 4000 or go back. i am tearing off these papers as i have your sign of recieving so I'll see how you get the papers again, you wanted forms free of cost now you pay 10 times more."
atlast my advocate came and settled the argument by rs.1000/- and scolded me instead why i talk with them i must do what they want.
