Date of incident: First applied for Transcripts on Dec 30 '14 and paid bribe on 30 Dec '15 and got documents the same day.
Location: Parkisha Bhawan, Dr BAM University, Aurangabad
Designation: Paid to two individulas. One of them is an attender and another is a Gentle man responsible to return certificates.

Additional details: All the required documents were with the officer incharge but did not move the files till he is greeced. One year is too much of a time for with holding the transcripts. I understood from other students waiting at Parksha bawan if the officer in charge is bribed it work will get done in a day. Ofcourse I would have to spend more money for staying in a hotel or returning back to Aurangabad another day.
