I am pharmacist and went to food and drug department of district where i have to submit my document to generate my medical store licence. I went there with proper documents and with my friend.firstly they checked all the documents and said the format of documents was not properly as per guidelines given on website. i went home and checked again but all documents as per the guidelines.Then i asked my uncle that the drug officer had not issued licence to me . he said paid the bride if you can.but i was proudly against with bribe .I went to office again and gave the document for observation and they said please put all the documents in file .An actually file have to be given by food and drug officer.But they said please pay us for files . i paid nearly 200 bucks for file .its cost nearly 20 Rs in market.Then they told me some consent latter to be type by their own format .so typed in my notebook and it was totally different as per website.i asked it suppose on website. they excused that website has not updated since 6 months.
Finally i got upset and went home .

next morning i went to office again and submitted all document again .Peon said sir would not be coming today so please came next week .but actually the officer in the cabin. I smelled that they want some money to finish my work as soon as possible and all the member of department are involved in bribery.
so finally i gave 5000 Rs to officer and they approved my *******
