Due to frustration needed some connection to expedite my file in passport office

My file was pending in old passport office. I had to appear for GRE exam so I needed passport desperately. Being student many times visiting passport office during those days was an academic loss to mine and also motivated me to pay bribe.
Before this incidence I was ethically strong. But after this I started telling preaching others that in Govt. sectors one must pay bribe and get rid of those people/system as soon as possible. Especially police. But I have also good experience in CID office in Mumbai that some one guided me very well.
I feel our govt system should become empathetic and active to understand problem of common people like us.
I thank the initiator of this website because it helped to to release my anger and providing me such an opportunity to express myself that I had in my mind since 2001.
I hope that there will be day due to any reason people need not pay bribe to get their things done.
