My Electricity Bill delivered to me one day and it featured an amount of 42000 rupees for a 2 month electricity bill for a 2bhk flat.And i was stunned, i checked the reading in the bill and the current reading was 22000 units and i checked in meter it was only 13000 units. and i was insane thinking the reading taker is blind or what. I visited my nearest DHBVN told them about it, the person came after 3 days again to take reading and he said i dont how it went wrong at that time and for correcting his own fault he took 100 rupees . then i went to DHBVN, Bill maker asked me for 500 bucks for correcting everything and when i said no.. he said go.. then i bargained to 200 rupee. he did his work but still in next bill there was no changes and so on i went but after 6 months bill there was still the difference of 1500 rupees extra. I was totally gone MAD... I PAID 1500 rupee extra but cant go to Bloody UGLY OFFICE OF DHBVN again to chat with UGLY govt. *******
