I had to reconnect my connection post I missed paying my bill. So I had to produce the receipt of payment for reconnection, which I did. post which the guy came and reconnected the line and then asked me to pay something more to him for coming over. I handed him a 100/- he said 'kya madam? itna kam?' so i gave him a 50/- more. Feel bad about paying it. But then this is how the system works.
