UP Electricity Deppt need bribe for all work

For change of meter with in 7 days JE asked for Rs 2500 but finally I paid Rs 500. UP Electricity Board is most corrupt department. Do not expect any work with bribe. if you pay bribe work will be faster either meter change or bill correction or chnage in documents....
